The Tribe of NOVA Mission Critical is the backbone of our business, and the client is our lifeblood. Our client’s goal becomes our primary focus and our goal. It is our people who bring the project into reality, the mission to life. NOVA employees work to inspire and to be inspired. The character and integrity of the NOVA Team Members are unsurpassed. Culturally, we share an undying optimism that even the most challenging and complicated Data Center projects can be achieved anywhere around the globe. We do not wake up in the morning to come to work to manage projects… We come to work to lead our clients through some of the most technically advanced projects in our industry. We do not come to work each day excited to build walls… We come to work to build cathedrals that serve as the home for the cloud!
Unlike our competitors, we are NOT simply a general Contractor, building anything and everything, including an occasional Data Center. All we do is Data Centers, and nothing else.
